On behalf of the Director, Luca Manns coordinates the internal organization of the Institute as well as the third mission activities (e.g. opinions to the media, parliamentary and executive consultations). As Manager of the Intelligence Research Center, he also coordinates projects relating to domestic and foreign security. A particular focus of Luca Manns' academic work is in the area of official secret protection and the intelligence service's internal security powers.
