On behalf of the Director, Luca Manns coordinates the internal organization of the Institute as well as the third mission activities (e.g. opinions to the media, parliamentary and executive consultations). As Manager of the Intelligence Research Center, he also coordinates projects relating to domestic and foreign security in particular.
