Luca Manns is Head of Administration. On behalf of the Director, he is responsible for the strategic development of the Institute and manages the internal organization, including personnel development. In addition, he is the contact person for the press and media, as well as for requests for expert opinions and legal representation. Furthermore, Luca Manns is responsible for third-party funding and cooperation with external partners. He is completing his doctorate on the police powers of the Speaker of Parliament ( → Introduction).
