The Faculty of Law at University of Cologne is one of the most traditional and largest in Germany. At the Institute of Public and and Administrative Law, a team headed by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Markus Ogorek, LL.M. (Berkeley), Att. at Law (NY), conducts research on administrative law, administrative theory, and constitutional/state law.
